Based in Perth, Phoebe Whattoff is the Co-Chair of the Women in Sustainable Energy & Resources (WISER) WA subcommittee and a strong advocate for gender equity and the next generation of leaders in the resources and energy sector. With a background in geology, Phoebe currently leads Minviro’s commercial and business operations across the APAC region, where she focuses on advancing sustainability, innovation, and responsible sourcing across the mining industry and its downstream value chains. Her experience spans strategic planning, business development, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement. Phoebe is passionate about building high-performing, value-driven teams and fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. She brings a collaborative leadership style and a strategic mindset to help teams navigate the evolving landscape of sustainable mining. In 2022, Phoebe was recognised as one of the Top 25 ESG Consultants and remains an active contributor to Women in Mining and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC).
