Mr. Pellicano is a senior mining professional with over 18 years of experience across the West Australian mining industry. A graduate of the Western Australian School of Mines with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) (Hons), he is also currently undertaking a Master of Laws (Enterprise Governance) at Bond University. Mr. Pellicano holds a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency.

Mr. Pellicano has held statutory and leadership positions across multiple operations, including current responsibilities as Mine Manager at Vault Minerals' Rothsay Operation, where he oversees all facets of site performance, safety, and production. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered performance improvements through a high-impact leadership style with a data-driven approach and execution. Mr. Pellicano is known for creating inclusive, high-performance teams with a strong safety culture. His diverse technical expertise and commercial acumen continue to contribute to the advancement of modern mining practices in Australia.
