Dennis is an industrial engineer with over 25 years’ international work experience in a variety of senior HSE leadership roles ranging from operational to corporate positions globally and a unique exposure to a variety of industries, including major projects. He has a track record of effectively interfacing with senior management on safety management frameworks and providing guidance and coaching to direct reports and subject matter experts, while collaborating across all levels of the organisation. He has successfully managed diverse teams, consisting of frontline advisors to technical experts, across multiple geographies, operations / projects. He supports management teams to stays abreast of the organisation's safety performance, while ensuring that the organisation has the capability to meet goals in compliance with rules, regulations and stakeholder expectations. I enjoy the challenges that allow my creativity, practical (situational) leadership approach and collaboration skills, to get all levels of the organisation committed and aligned to a common goal. In his current role he provides Safety support to projects. Current projects mainly consist of projects aimed at decarbonization.
