Richard joined NRW Holdings in October 2022, bringing over 30 years of international experience in corporate strategy, financial management, capital markets, M&A, treasury,
investor relations, procurement and information technology and information systems. Richard’s experience spans a broad range of sectors including oil and gas, engineering services, construction, manufacturing, mining services, defence, financial services, infrastructure and transportation. Richard is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand
