Emilie’s experience spans 20 years of working with industrial companies on their digital transformation within their operations. She joined Schneider Electric in 2023 bringing with her experience of digital advisory from Capgemini where she led Capgemini’s strategic consulting Intelligent Industry capability group – and before that from technology analyst firm IDC where she led IDC’s mining sector practice of strategic technology advisory research and consulting globally. She brings insights built as an analyst and consultant about the digital and technology choices mining companies must make to prepare for the huge changes driven by the energy transition and the way that Schneider Electric can support within these decarbonisation and digital transformations.
Emilie is a Chemical Engineer with a passion for finding the pathways across the technology ecosystem, and through people and process change. She is a collaborator, enjoying the journey of building the ecosystem, and in doing so building strong performing capablities that can support the transformation journey that mining organisations are on.
