Maddison is an emerging safety professional who recently graduated with Honours in Occupational Health and Safety Science from the University of Queensland and received an AIHS National Education Award. During her studies, Maddison gained practical experience through vacation programs at both Rio Tinto and Glencore. Since joining Rio Tinto full-time as a graduate, she has been based in the Brisbane office working with the Global Safety Area of Expertise (AoE) Team. Her recent work has been in the Aviation and Mass Transport space.
