Prior to his position at Nordic Nickel, Mr. Ross held various senior executive roles at renowned financial institutions such as BNP Paribas, Westpac, Royal Bank of Canada, CBA, and Oakvale Capital Ltd. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing a wide range of funding and derivative solutions.
During his tenure as the Managing Director and Head of Western Australia for BNP Paribas, Mr. Ross played a pivotal role in supporting the cross-border nexus between Europe and Australia. He was instrumental in establishing BNP Paribas as a market leader in financing critical commodities for the energy transition, particularly in the areas of nickel, copper, cobalt, and lithium.
