With business improvement experience since 1991, Arjen de Bruin has served in
leadership positions at consulting firms for the past 27 years. In an operational
capacity, he has successfully led business improvement projects for prominent South
African and international companies. Over the past five years, he has been invited as
speaker to several conferences and numerous of his thought leadership articles on the
link between supervisory and operational performance, have been published in
prominent mining publications. Arjen believes relationships are fundamental to
