Mr Kiley is a cross-disciplinary skilled extractive industries professional with a foundation grounded in geosciences. With a career spanning over 15 years of experience across all asset lifecycle stages, Mr Kiley commenced as a geologist with major miner Newmont before transitioning to various small and mid-tier exploration and production companies as well as a commercial role with mining private equity group Wyloo. Mr Kiley has developed an extensive knowledge of business development, project finance, and geological and technical project evaluation. Mr Kiley’s career has spanned multi-commodity exposure in operational and commercial roles across multiple international jurisdictions, including Australia, Europe and North America culminating in his current role as General Manager of Operations with Nico Resources Ltd. Mr Kiley holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Adelaide.
