Karen Bradshaw is an HR executive and legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the resources and legal industries.
She has led multi-dimensional human resources functions and is experienced in developing and implementing people-focussed strategies which deliver business efficiency, transform culture and employee engagement, improve leadership and operational performance and capability.
Prior to becoming the vice president of people and engagement for Australasia at Gold Fields in April 2021, Ms Bradshaw was leading the People and Safety function at Bis, and spent over 9.5 years at BHP Billiton in a variety of leadership roles including as head of human resources at BHP Billiton Nickel West. She was also a senior associate in the employee relations team at Herbert Smith Freehills.
