As regional Head of Sustainable Finance in S&P Global Ratings, Bertrand leads the company’s works in ESG materiality analysis, green and social assessment for sustainable instruments (Second Party Opinions) and market engagement initiatives. Between 2011 and 2019, he was involved in credit ratings in Heavy industries and Services. Before, Bertrand spent 9 years in Paris with HSBC in several financing and credit advisory roles. In addition to an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand), a postgraduate degree from the ESCP Europe business school (France), he is an EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst® and holder of the CFA and Sustainability and Climate Risk® certificates.
