Roger Kermode has a 25+ year track record in simplifying the complexity arising at the intersection of business functions to create clarity and enable high-performing teams. He has held senior roles with multinationals, local companies, and research organisations, including Motorola, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, iPrime and UTS. Working at the intersection of energy, manufacturing, space, and defence with a variety of clients across Australia and internationally, Roger is keenly interested in ensuring Australia’s economic security and sovereign capability. He is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Engineering at Edith Cowan University (ECU). Roger holds Ph.D. and Master's degrees from MIT, is a Fulbright Scholar, and serves on the NSW TAFE Course Advisory Committee for the Diploma of Renewable and Sustainable Manufacturing Management.
