Eloise completed her Bachelor of Advance Science in Earth Science from Curtin University in 2023. During her studies she completed a vacation program with Rio Tinto Exploration and an internship with Rio Tinto Iron Ore. In August 2024, Eloise began her Graduate Program with Rio Tinto Iron Ore where she has worked with Resource Development covering projects in the east Pilbara and is currently with Mine Geology at the Greater Tom Price operations.
