Sharn has over 25 years’ experience in the for-profit corporate and not-for profit sector working across multiple senior leadership roles in training, project management, delivering organisational change, program and system development and people leadership. Sharn prides herself on being a strategic leader of change and growth, whilst developing and empowering the people around her.  Sharn is currently the Community Education and Training Manager at Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation, where she led the implementation of a new training business unit and oversees the daily operations and delivery of training programs within Breakthrough.
