Kristie Young is a professional Board Director who began her career as a Mining Engineer in the mid 90’s across both underground and open cut operations, feasibility studies and project evaluation. Her career then moved to include roles in Executive Search & Recruitment (mining sector), Bachelor of Engineering Lecturer at Curtin University (Mine Finance & Economics) and Business Development Director roles with both EY and PwC.

Ms Young is currently a Non-Executive Director with Brazilian Rare Earths Ltd, Livium Limited Ltd, Corazon Mining Ltd, Tasmea Ltd and MinEx CRC.
She is Chair of Brazilian Rare Earths' Remuneration Committee, and is Remuneration Committee member for both Livium and Tasmea.
Ms Young holds Bachelor Engineering (Hons) Mining, Post Grad Dip Ed (Maths, IT), CertIV HR, is a Fellow of the AusIMM and a Graduate of the AICD.
