Kristina West is a Change Management leader at Rio Tinto with experience across banking and mining sectors in UK, Singapore and Australia. She has a passion for translating strategic and transformational projects into sustainable human change experiences and is an active leader of the diversity and inclusion agenda, culture building and the embedding of corporate values as part of the change process.

As someone who recognises that complex business challenges require a wide range of perspectives, Kristina has long been a champion for building diverse teams. Her work to introduce people with Autism to data and computing internship opportunities at Rio Tinto has created new pathways that bring together many different ways of thinking to resolve advanced challenges in coding, systems and data.
