Ariel Walters joined leading independent corporate advisory group BurnVoir Corporate Finance Ltd as an Executive Director in 2021.
In this role, Ariel has advised and arranged over $3 billion in debt and equity funding for junior and mid-cap mining companies. A majority of this funding has been to support the development or acquisition of projects containing critical minerals for energy transition.
Ariel commenced his career at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, before joining MUFG Bank as Executive Director, Global Corporate & Investment Banking. Ariel has over 20 years of corporate, project and acquisition finance experience, with extensive commercial and financial experience across a range of different clients, commodities and jurisdictions.
Ariel holds a Masters of Applied Finance, majoring in Advisory & Corporate Finance and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
