Rod is Corporate Development Manager at Wyloo, where he is responsible for
identifying and executing new investment opportunities and managing Wyloo’s existing
investments. Rod has extensive experience in the mining industry across investments,
projects and operations, having worked in investment banking, private equity, in-house
corporate development and executive roles for more than 16 years.
Before joining Wyloo, Rod was Chief Financial Officer at ASX-listed Sihayo Gold
Limited focused on the development of the Sihayo Gold Project in North Sumatra,
Indonesia.
Rod holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with First Class Honours, a Bachelor
of Commerce majoring in Finance with First Class Honours, and a Master of Mining
Engineering. Rod is a CFA Charterholder.
