Caitlin Boccamazzo is the Principal Corporate Development at Wyloo, which owns a diverse portfolio
of mining production, development and exploration projects, and manages investments in public and
private companies in Australia and Canada. Since joining Wyloo in 2023, Caitlin has played a key role
in the Company’s investment and business development strategy, including the successful acquisition
of Mincor Resources in 2023. Caitlin is responsible for assisting in the identification and execution of
investment opportunities and providing analytical insights that inform strategic decisions.
Caitlin is passionate about diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and has sat on inclusion and diversity boards in previous roles. She advocates for women to not only join the finance industry but
also look for opportunities in the mining and investment sectors, both of which have traditionally
been male-dominated. Prior to joining Wyloo, Caitlin held roles at Bis Industries and Ernst & Young. Caitlin is also a current Director at the Claremont Football Club. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
